Operation Shoebox There are shoe boxes under the north aisle table for our annual Shoe Box collection for deprived children.

St Mary’s Academy Winter Wonderland 5pm-8pm Friday 1 Dec in Rook Tree Lane. There will be Christmas Stalls, BBQ, Santa in his grotto and carol singing. Do come along and support our Church of England lower school.

Friends of St. Mary's Christmas Coffee Morning
will be held in the church hall on Wednesday 6th December between 10.15a.m. and 12.15. The choir from St. Mary's Academy will be coming to entertain us. Refreshments, Raffle, Free Paper Quiz. The Committee hope you will be able to join us.

Christingle Service volunteers and donations. The Christingle Service will be on 10 Dec so preparation of the Christingle oranges will take place in church on Saturday 9 December from 10am. If you would be willing to help please put your name and telephone number on the sign-up sheet on the north aisle table. The oranges have increased from 30 pence to 35 pence each, having been 30 pence for years. Obviously the more we can cover by donations the greater the amount we can give to the Children's Society. If you would be willing to make a donation toward the cost of the oranges please contact Alison Collis on 625637.

‘Friends’ Bring and Share Whist Drive Tuesday 12 Dec in the Church Hall. 2.00pm – 4.45pm

£130 donations to our church. Ecclesiastical, which is the main company that insures church buildings, is celebrating its 130th anniversary by donating £130 to the local church for every new home insurance policy taken out. The offer ends 31 Dec 2018. See the notice board for details.
